BlackBerry Users Get Viper SmartStart January 08, 2010
Directed Electronics has announced its Viper SmartStart application—which allows users to start their car remotely using their iPhone—will soon be available in a BlackBerry version. In addition to downloading the free application from BlackBerry App World, users will need a compatible Viper, Python, or Clifford remote start or remote start/security system. SmartStart will then need to be professionally installed on their vehicle before their account can be activated.
