Xactly Rewards provides meaningful motivation for planners and participants
By Jeanie Casison

When trying to manage non-cash rewards and inspire the performance of sales, marketing, support and call center individuals and teams, a streamlined management system is necessary to ensure success. The Calif.-based Xactly Corporation announced the availability of Xactly Rewards, a program that is directly integrated into the Salesforce CRM application Force.com.

Xactly Rewards helps to execute hassle-free programs as it facilitates an incentive initiative from start to finish including the creation of contests, real-time awards attainment tracking and the immediate online redemption of points. Additionally, the Xactly Rewards points system can be tailored to address specific behaviors such as cross selling, lead conversion and more.

Participants are likely to encounter meaningful motivation. Unlike other programs with a fixed selection of prizes and gift cards, the Xactly Rewards portfolio features millions of merchandise items, travel, adventure packages, and tickets to entertainment and sporting events.

"Non-cash rewards are a powerful secret just now being discovered by companies as an effective way to drive their business. Research indicates that non-cash rewards are most cost-effective and can have a greater impact than traditional cash incentives," says Karen Steele, vice president of marketing of Xactly. "With Xactly Rewards, companies can offer millions of merchandise items to motivate and drive employee behavior and maximize business performance. And through a trial-user period ending December 1, the program is free for all customers to download and use with their teams."
