This morning Paul Kiewiet, president and CEO of BrandKiwi, LLC, spoke with Marc Harris of Coca-Cola USA. Focusing on utilizing promotional products to accomplish the company's goals, Harris also discussed marketing case histories and best practices from Coke and ways that the beverage giant targets its particular audiences.
But that's not the only part of the company that has gotten powerful results with incentives. As Incentive recently reported, Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated, Charlotte, N.C. underwent a massive remodeling of its employee motivation program last year. Restructuring its incentives from a hodgepodge of awards to a centralized program, the company of 6,500 can now see—and measure—the results of the changes.
