How Important Is Incentive Research?
June 09, 2008
Incentivemag.com's Question of the Month
The incentive industry has invested a lot of time and money into research looking at the value of recognition and reward programs in the last few years. But, do corporate incentive planners care? In May, Incentive asked its readers that question in our monthly online poll. According to the 501 of you who voted, the answer is yes. See this month's question at www.incentivemag.com/poll

44% Very Important: I try to follow the major research and put its lessons into practice in my programs.

20% Important: I look at major research releases and occasionally incorporate it into my programs.

18% Somewhat Important: I look at it if time permits and keep it in mind when developing programs.

16% NOT Important: I rarely if ever take research into consideration in my program planning.
