Score Big With Your Next Promotion

I am looking forward to sharing the stage at The Motivation Show tomorrow (Wednesday, September 24th) with one of my most creative and inspiring clients, Israel Pagan of Brightstar Corporation. Israel is the type of client who does my job for me. He is that client that approaches me with the most unique and motivating ideas for his own incentive programs and it is such a joy working and learning from someone like Israel.

I have worked with Israel for many years on sports- and entertainment-specific incentives for his sales channels. Fortunately, Israel understands that sports and entertainment are key driving motivators when it comes to corporate America today. He is well aware of the need to make his incentives stand out from the typical sports and entertainment programming that you see year after year. Although the Super Bowl sounds like a great incentive program, you cannot continue to offer that same trip to the same people quarter after quarter.

You have to reinvigorate your audience each time out. In this session, we are going to talk about how you can take sports and entertainment incentives beyond the basics and make them much more compelling to your audience. We will discuss adding a celebrity angle to your events. We will also show the best ways to customize programs with specific celebrities and relevant events to fit your exact target demographics. We will also take time to review case studies of some of Israel’s top performing, revenue-generating programs. This is a great opportunity to learn and see where sports and entertainment-based incentives are heading in the coming of years. It is a very exciting time in this niche segment of our industry and I hope to be able to share it with you.
